Federal law prohibits a foreign national from making a contribution or gift to a federal, state, or local election campaign. Political contributions are not tax-deductible under federal or state laws. There are no limits to the amount you may contribute to the Elba Garcia Campaign, however, corporate contributions are not permitted. We respectfully request that partners of partnerships and members of LLC’s contribute individually, instead of through their respective business entity.
